Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Madam Mimi purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds and damaged deliveries are handled.
14-day withdrawal period
When you buy a standard Madam Mimi product online, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after you receive the product, without giving a reason. If you want to withdraw, please contact us through the Contact page within that period.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. The product should be handled only as much as necessary to assess it. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the law requires otherwise or we have agreed to cover them.
Refunds
After a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid, including the standard delivery cost for the original order. We will normally refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.
Exceptions
The legal withdrawal right does not apply to products that are genuinely made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Standard Madam Mimi prints offered in the shop are not treated as personalised merely because they are produced on demand.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, preferably within 48 hours, and include clear photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming products are not limited by this request for prompt reporting.
How to start a return
Use the Contact page and include your order number, the item(s) you want to return and whether you are exercising your legal withdrawal right or reporting a problem with the product. We will then provide the applicable return instructions.
